Biomechanics can help relieve pain in the feet, ankles, knees, hips and back. It’s all about understanding how the body moves and learning how to stand, walk and run the way our bodies are designed to.
Whether you have been suffering pain for some time without getting to the bottom of the problem or simply want to be sure you are using your body to its full potential, biomechanics and gait analysis could give you the solutions you need.

If you’re suffering a painful foot condition such as a corn or ingrowing toe nail, Mark can treat it and so help you become pain-free and fully mobile again. Some problems can be dealt with by a one-off procedure, others need ongoing management and regular treatment.
The difference between chiropody and podiatry? There isn’t one. Podiatry is simply the newer name for the field.
Mark is a State Registered Chiropodist, a Member of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists, and holds the Diploma in Podiatric Medicine. Mark has been practicing for more than twenty-five years, including six years in charge of a hospital diabetic unit. He works with both the general public and with professional sports people.
